This is actually about what it sounds like. I wrote the story as it happens of a girl I loved. We met shortly after new year’s day for a rehearsal in my studio. We played music together, instantly became close and before you knew it, we were in love. She moved in and we began working tirelessly on a project that held such lofty goals as changing the world with our musical vibrations (Something I’m still aiming to do).

The story is still beautiful. I changed the ending a little bit, because the four letter word that is the lie couldn’t have been real from the perspective of the storyteller. Still either version was perfect as it was, a true work of art.

On a winter day
Two lovers meet out of the blue
With a touch of gray
They play progressions and sing their souls, it was meant to be.
It was love at first listen ‘til eternity.

Of all the lies that you told to me
There is one most dear to my heart
Four letter word for a fantasy that has all but fallen all apart
Of all the lies that you told to me
There is one I wish to be true
It's such a beautiful work of art
And if only it were the story of me and you.

Next chapter finds our heroes save each other's lives
From darkness they learn to love the light
And their music shines
Finding that all of humanity could use love too
They set out to awaken ears and open minds
