Waiting a Lifetime

I’m told there’s beauty, magic, wonder, divinity in the world. I believed it for a while. Now I’m having doubts. The song talks to how bleak things can start to look at times. Maybe I was wrong about us being able to manifest what we bold enough to know we want and deserve, maybe I was wrong about everything.
But just when you’re at your lowest, something or someone comes from out of nowhere to remind you that what you feel is correct. It reintroduces you to the path and with a new fresh energy too. It gives a nod to the idea of reincarnation as an example of a possible longer cycle or series of cycles necessary to be experienced in order to reach “heaven” or “Nirvana” or simply “understanding.” It could also be simply a love story. IS IT?
